Our mission is to promote well-being and growth by integrating the mind, body, and spirit into therapeutic treatment. We are committed to making these treatments accessible to people from all minority groups, genders, and income brackets. We proudly accept Medi-Cal insurance and offer affordable treatment options.
Our Method
We offer integrative, trauma-informed psychotherapy for teens, adults, and families. Our clinicians support healing from depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, and trauma using evidence-based approaches like IFS therapy, Somatic Therapy, EMDR, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Each session is personalized to help you build emotional resilience and reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom.

This means we see clients locally in Santa Cruz, San Rafael, and Albany, but also can see tele-health clients in the following counties: Alameda, Butte, Colusa, Del Norte, Glenn, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Marin, Mariposa, Mendocino, Merced, Modoc, Monterey, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, San Benito, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Yolo, and Yuba.
We also accept private pay clients.
